Thankyou.......

Thank you to all of you lovely people who have left messages of concern over the past week... your words and thoughts have been much appreciated.

We have been really lucky.....family, animals and property all safe and sound. I feel very saddened by the devastation caused by the bushfires of the past week and my thoughts and prayers go out to all those touched by the fires. Fires are still burning around our state and our brave firefighters are working hard to contain them. I pray the conditions are kind to them this weekend. Not much art has been done these past ten days, but I thought you might like to see these little Kaffe Fassett owls made for a friend.

Take care all .......

Oh Jacky thank god you and your family are safe, my thoughts and prayers go out to those not so lucky. This is such a terrible thing to happen. I am coming to Melbourne in March and what was once a beautiful landscape to look at on the plane will sure be an emotional one now I am sure. Take care Jacky Belinda xxx

So pleased you are ok where you are Jacky. The fires are just beyond belief to us here in the ever wet and green island to your east. So pleased that you have managed to keep up the stitching. If you know of stitching friends who need a gift pack from across the Tasman to help them through the fire aftermarth, let me know. It would eb a pleasure to help out.
